10. Property Showings and Visits

Users must follow all applicable access and safety instructions.

Authorization to view a property does not authorize a person to enter areas not included in the showing, remain at the property beyond the authorized period, duplicate access credentials, permit unauthorized persons to enter, or otherwise use the property without permission.

11. Maintenance and Service Requests

If the Site permits tenants or residents to submit maintenance requests, use of the online maintenance system does not replace emergency procedures.

For conditions involving an immediate threat to life, safety, fire, serious medical emergency, suspected gas leak, or other emergency requiring public emergency services, users should contact the appropriate emergency service.

Maintenance requests submitted through the Site will be handled according to applicable lease terms, company procedures, availability of contractors, and applicable law.

12. Payments

If Rent366 permits online payments, payment processing may be provided through a third-party payment processor.

Additional payment terms, transaction fees, processing times, returned-payment charges, or other conditions may apply and will be disclosed where required.

Submission of a payment does not alter the terms of a lease, waive an outstanding default, create a tenancy, or constitute acceptance of an arrangement unless confirmed by Rent366 or required by applicable law.

Rent366 is not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by third-party financial institutions or payment processors outside Rent366's reasonable control.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original content, including text, photographs owned by Rent366, graphics, logos, designs, property descriptions, documents, page layouts, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Rent366 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

20. No Waiver of Lease or Tenant Rights
